{Easy Eats: Strawberry Spinach Salad}

I promised myself I'd post everyday this week- and to be honest- I'm just not "in the groove" today.
So I took some snapshots of one of my fav summer lunches I was munchin' on this afternoon and decided to share.
I introduce to you, the ultra simple but still delightfully amazing- Strawberry Spinach Salad!

All you do is throw some strawberries, spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese and some Brianna's Blush Wine dressing in a bowl...

Toss it up, and...

Bada-bing!
